Registration and taxes

The provider is a sole trader based in Thailand and is not entered in any European commercial or company register.

Sale and billing are handled through a payment service provider that acts as the seller toward customers (merchant of record) and remits value added tax in the respective country. The invoice is issued by this provider, and the details are set out in the Terms.

The name of the payment service provider will be added here as soon as the contract is concluded.

Representative in the European Union

A representative in the European Union under Art. 27 DSGVO will be appointed as soon as the offering goes live. Until then, please direct data protection inquiries directly to hallo@motura.at.
